The supreme Reality alone is everywhere. Our earth is a transformation of it. Mind is another transformation of the same Reality. Even God is That alone. The created products and the creating source, both are the single Reality itself. Therefore, our life is practically in and through the supreme Reality. Yet we ‘complain’ that we do not know this ‘substance’.
That is why Brahmavidya is not a knowledge to be merely learnt and retained in the brain, but to be coursed through and stabilized by means of an all-fold effort in all the levels of our activity and experience.
How long should one go on learning and practising Brahmavidya to become established in it?
To restore the knowledge and re-instate yourself in its pursuit, you will have to do vichara again and again. This is Brahma-vidya Abhyasa. This is how the word abhyasa, meaning practice, came to be associated with Brahmavidya.
